Pryseflow collects only the information required to operate the seller platform responsibly. This can include account details, company information, product and catalogue data, order records, customer and vendor records, invoice and expense information, support requests, usage logs, and integration metadata.
We may store aggregated, anonymized usage metrics to improve reliability, onboarding, reporting, and product workflows. We do not sell seller data, customer data, or operating records.
We do not build advertising profiles from seller operations, and we do not use private seller records for unrelated marketing.
Your data is used to provide and improve Pryseflow features: seller dashboard access, marketplace and webstore workflows, product and inventory management, invoicing, expenses, contracts, POS activity, customer support, reporting, security, and billing.
We may use aggregated trends to improve product guidance, onboarding prompts, reporting quality, and support workflows across the platform.
We may send product updates, security notices, onboarding guidance, and account-related communication.
Pryseflow uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect seller data. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need it to operate, support, or secure the platform.
Backups, monitoring, and operational logs are managed to support reliability, recovery, and security. Seller records are handled as confidential business information.
We use access controls, logging, environment separation, and security review practices appropriate for a commerce operations platform.
Your business data remains yours. Pryseflow processes it only to provide, secure, and improve the services you use.
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data associated with your account, subject to legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and operational retention requirements.
If you close your account, we will help you understand export and retention options where available.
You may also request:
- Removal of uploaded product or business files
- Restricting optional processing for sensitive workflows
- Limiting integrations or support access where possible
- Account deletion or data export requests
You retain ownership of your business records, catalogue content, customer relationships, and operating data. Pryseflow does not claim ownership over seller content you add to the platform.
